Trauma Concept Training (TCT) is a structured, practice-oriented method for the Vrevention and processing of psychological stress and trauma. It was developed by Dr. Christian Jost, based on many years of experience in acute psychiatry, trauma therapy, and work with high-stress professional groups.

At its core lies one guiding aim:

The method is preventive, stabilizing, and supportive – helping both to prepare for and to process crises, whether in professional or personal contexts.

The path through crisis – in three phases:

  • Before the crisis – Preparation Recognizing personal stress patterns, developing individual protection strategies, and cultivating mental readiness.
  • During the crisis – Action Activating inner stability, maintaining conscious action despite stress, and preventing loss of control.
  • After the crisis – Integration Reflection, emotional processing, and building new inner resources.
