“Fear of the worst is not suitable to prevent it.”

Welcome to TCT – Trauma Concept Training
TCT is an innovative approach to preventive trauma work – esigned for people who face crises, extreme situations, or high levels of responsibility in their daily lives.
TCT strengthens inner stability. Through clear strategies, practical exercises, and conscious training, it offers a pathway through the time before, dring and after a crisis – with the goal of preventing or better processing traumatic aftereffects.
What TCT achieves:
- Less paralyzing fear – more active response
- Better management of stress and overwhelm
- Strengthened self-awareness and resilience
- Prevention of psychological strain and long-term effects
- Support in coping with past crises
Who is it for?
Our seminars are designed for professionals in high-stress and high-responsibility fields, especially:
- Police, emergency services, firefighters
- Military and security personnel
- Healthcare and nursing staff
- Social workers, educators, and crisis intervention teams
- Executives and leaders under high responsibility
A metaphor for TCT work:
“A traumatizing situation is like falling into cold water. Without orientation, knowledge of how to swim, or an understanding of the water’s conditions, it’s hard to reach the shore safely. That’s why it makes sense to deal with these things in advance, as best as possible. The fall into the water may still be unexpected and difficult – but the path back to the shore (without trauma aftereffects) becomes possible.”
The guiding principle behind my approach:
Inner Peace is the main piece for Outer Peace.
…So be a piece of world-peace…
